Instructions For Returning Faulty Goods

Before returning goods, please contact us to tell the issues you are having. Most of problems we are able to sort out by providing the technical support and you needn’t send your products back.

If there are irremediable defects happening to the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty. You can contact us directly, and we will offer you a return code and our return address, along with additional important instructions.

Who Is Responsible For Product Damage Or Loss During Transit?

To guarantee the shipment safe, avoid damage or loss during transit, we’d like to suggest you buy shipping insurance (about 2% of PO amount). Especially, the destination is remote country or war risk area. When you checkout your order online, you can tell us & pay to us; we will buy the insurance for you.

Why Can't I Choose My Desired Courier?

Due to different CONDITIONS in different countries, we have to use our discretion while choosing the courier. What we need from our customers is the length of time they desire to receive their products, and then we will choose the appropriate courier according to that requirement.

How to Cancel an Order before Payment and after Payment?

If you have not paid for your order yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel it.

We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, it doesn’t matter, we are not processing your order.

You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your shopping cart online. If you want to do test orders to save certain invoices for later you are welcome to do this.

If your order is more than a week old please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending a payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and currency conversions. You may need to repeat the order with a new cart.

Withdrawing an Order after Payment

· If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.

· If the package has already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.

· If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not canceling the previous items, simply contact us and we will process it, usually for no extra fees.

· If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change and cancel it. You can ask for a refund or keep your payment as a credit.

Customs Clearance Issues

All imported merchandises are subject to Customs clearance in every country.

According to our general terms and conditions, you place an order from expresssupermart.com and we will fulfill your order. But you had better to find out the clearance requirements in advance apply in that country, including taxes and policies, etc.

As the importer, you will be responsible for customs duty and any issues that may arise from an inspection or hold. Typically, the consignee of the shipped packets is taken as the importer in any case.

In most countries, depending on the category of merchandise imported and the quantity or value, the shipment will be assessed for duties and /or sales tax.
